22 But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.”(A)
23 Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”
24 Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection(B) at the last day.”(C)
25 Jesus said to her, “I am(D) the resurrection and the life.(E) The one who believes(F) in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing(G) in me will never die.(H) Do you believe this?”
27 “Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah,(I) the Son of God,(J) who is to come into the world.”(K)

23 Jésus lui dit: Ton frère ressuscitera.
24 Je sais, lui répondit Marthe, qu'il ressuscitera à la résurrection, au dernier jour.
25 Jésus lui dit: Je suis la résurrection et la vie. Celui qui croit en moi vivra, quand même il serait mort;
26 et quiconque vit et croit en moi ne mourra jamais. Crois-tu cela?
27 Elle lui dit: Oui, Seigneur, je crois que tu es le Christ, le Fils de Dieu, qui devait venir dans le monde.
